The University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) in Sofia has signed a number of Bilateral Agreements with European universities under the LLP's subprogramme for higher education - ERASMUS. We are able to host foreign students from the EU countries, Norway, Lichtenstein, Iceland and Turkey in certain subject areas if they are coming from one of our partner universities. If this is your case and you wish to study for a semester or a year at UACEG, or to prepare your diploma project here, please contact the Erasmus office at your university for details on the agreements with the UACEG and contact our faculty/departmental coordinators or contact persons for the particular university for the courses offered in the respective foreign language. In principle, Hydraulic Engineering and Transportation Engineering programmes are offered in GERMAN, while Structural Engineering is offered in ENGLISH.

Please note that 1 ECTS credit point corresponds in principle to 30 hours (lectures+seminars+homework).
Incoming students are offered rooms in the student dormitories (some 5 km from the University, about 20 min by bus). The rent per month per person is aprox. 100 EUR for a single room, and 50 EUR per person in a double room.
