Cadastre - Project Assignment
A course project for composition of a cadastral map and a cadastral property register is developed.
Applied Software for Geodetic Data Processing
This discipline is aimed at assimilating and widening the knowledge and skills of students for creation of data processing software. Special accent is put on: the role of data organization, information retrieval, efficiency in voluminous computations, and reduction of number rounding errors in them. Upon finishing the course, students should be able to process and analyse geodetic data, as well as to independently develop data processing software, including for geodetic networks adjustment.

Practical Training in Surveying - Part II
The aim of this practical training is to assimilate the theoretical knowledge of students and to create habits for geodetic works related to topographic surveys and their processing through a newly-developed digital model or correcting an existing one. This aim should be achieved through analysis and assessment of an existing digital terrain model (DTM), setting a geodetic network of local application, model geodetic network, and generation of a new DTM.

Software for Control of Electronic Geodetic Instruments
Upon finishing the course, students have knowledge on the various models of electronic geodetic instruments and their peripherals, on the geodetic tasks built in the instruments, as well as on the program products for data exchange between them and a personal computer. They are acquainted with the standard data formats and the generation of customer formats for electronic geodetic instruments, the software for processing of measurements, and programming of the functional capacity of software.
