Upon finishing the course students are acquainted with the legal aspects and the contents of the property rights, with the common documents certifying the existence of property rights as well as with the ways of acquiring, losing and protection of property rights. Students will gain general knowledge on the main principles and institutions of the administrative law, the types of administrative acts and the protection from unlawful administrative acts.
