This discipline allows students to give a meaning to cultural / historical heritage as a specific real estate market share, and to develop professional skills for calculation of their market value according to this specificity. Basic knowledge is acquired on the definitions, legal and institutional system for protection of the cultural monuments in the country, the characteristics of the cultural values, the modern methods of their preservation and the effect of all these factors on the marketing and management of cultural monuments.
