A personal computer connected in local network is placed at student's disposal. During the practice the students acquire habits for self-dependent work in the system, using its network resources, basic commands and programs. Principal knowledge on statistical processing of hydrological data will be used to run simple computer programs. Every student has to prepare a separate input file and as a result he obtains final results in interactive mode or as output file saved on a disk.
