The academic curriculum is equal to the respective Austrian one. Instruction is in German.
Graduates obtain their diplomas both from UACEG and TU – Vienna.
Academic calendar
The exact academic calendar is determined each year by the Academic Council of the University.
The academic year consists of two semesters, each one of 15 weeks: autumn semester (from October to January) and spring semester (from February to June).
One regular and one supplementary examination session as well as project presentations follow the autumn semester.
The summer semester has one regular examination session, project defences, followed by field practices outside the University (in June and July).
The annual supplementary examination session is in September.
