The subject of the course is related to the administrative / regional structure of the state and the real estate management. Regulations and practical issues are examined with respect to the following: establishment and governance of administrative/regional units; real estate management (acquisition, maintenance, disposition). Students gain knowledge and skills concerning the authorities of officials and institutions, dealing with real estate.
