The aim of the practical training is to assimilate the theoretical knowledge of students and to create practical habits in the use of geodetic instruments and technologies for the solution of various engineering tasks. A model geodetic control is created for a suitable estate, determining the coordinates and elevations of the control points. A polar survey of the estate and building is performed with the help of a total station. The measurements are used for determination of characteristic points, lines, the height of the building and the estate area. A survey of the internal disposition of the house is made.
