This discipline covers the issues related to project management and provides knowledge and skills on the following main topics: assessment of investments and technical and economic characteristics of projects; project development; financial analysis and determination of the future sources of financing; organizing tenders and signing contracts; business plan development; project organization; project planning and monitoring.
