The module develops the students’ management skills so that they can be applied to individual properties and property problems.
Knowledge is obtained of organisational functions, strategies and the role of real estate in achieving organisational objectives.
Skills are achieved of development process, development evaluation and finance. Attitude is shaped towards property financial returns and operational performance.
