The course gives knowledge on the main institutes and legal stakeholders in the field of trade and contractual law, examines the key definitions, such as "merchant", "types of merchants" and the ways of their constituting, the special requirements of the lawmaker for the realization of business, the character of the rights and obligations of subjects in the Civil Law, the "contract" as the most widespread type of legal relation between subjects, the procedural/legal provisions for protection in case of misconduct of participants in the business.
